NC BCCCP/NC WISEWOMAN Program Provider Locations

You are eligible for NC BCCCP if you:

• are uninsured or underinsured;
• are without Medicare Part B or Medicaid;
• are between ages 40 - 64 for breast screening services and 21 - 64 for cervical screening services; and
• have a household income below 250% of the federal poverty level.

Women who are enrolled in NC BCCCP can participate in the NC WISEWOMAN Program.

For example, if there are five people in the household, the yearly income cannot be above $94,125 to qualify for NC BCCCP and NC WISEWOMEN Program services.
